Xi Chi Helps the Heroes

O’Fallon, IL - After the notification that several military groups in Afghanistan did not have any Christmas decorations, Xi Chi members collected and shipped care packages to troops. The chapter recieved the following emails in response for their hard work.

We would like to take this time to thank you and the Hope for Heroes for the care packages that we have received.  Hope for Heroes has place smiles on everyone faces here with the 831st BAF DET. We especially love all the Christmas decorations everyone's office has the Christmas spirit from the front door to the last desk. Thank you for the decorations, phone cards, Christmas trees, cards and the heartfelt gifts, especially the blankets which adds warmth during the night. Knowing there are families/organizations out in the community who are so thoughtful and compassionate is a gift itself. Words cannot convey our gratitude. Your generosity overwhelms the SDDC Team here at BAF and we truly appreciate your kindness.
