ESA Hearts St. Jude is Underway

In celebration of ESA’s 40 years of supporting St. Jude and 25 years of collegiate ESA, campuses across the country are participating in the “ESA Hearts St. Jude” campaign to fight childhood cancer.

The event, created by St. Jude just for ESA collegians for the 29 days of February, gives student members the opportunity to create live events on their campuses in support of St. Jude and also enjoy a special online campaign that allows them to create individual member and chapter team pages on the St. Jude website, harnessing the power of the web and social media to raise even more money for the kids.

Already ESA collegiate members have created events for the campaign including, a Date Auction at Beta Upsilon Chapter of Bradley University of Peoria, IL; a 5K and Valentine’s Dance at Delta Xi Chapter of Kutztown University of Kutztown, PA; and a “Pop or Soda” competition at Psi Mu Chapter of Pittsburgh, PA, and the University of Pittsburgh where students voted with coins whether they say “pop” or “soda.” Omega Pi Chapter of Greenville, NC and East Carolina University hosted an alumni dinner so their chapter alumni could gather and once again enjoy one another as they supported St. Jude together.

Great job ESA members! Keep up the great work and raise some major cash in these last three weeks!
