The Texas State Council was established in 1929.

We Help:

- ESA Disaster Fund
- Texas Love Fund
- Hope for Heroes
- Local and area organizations

Among our major events:
- St. Jude Radiothons and Dream Home Tours (Ongoing)
- Hope for Heroes (Ongoing)
- Texas State Council Executive Board Meeting (February)
- Texas State Convention and Installation of New Officers (May)
- Texas State Council Executive Board Meeting and Leadership Seminar (August)
- Texas State Council Executive Board Meeting and Arts and Crafts Fair (November)
- St. Jude Give thanks. Walk. (November)

Members contribute teddy bears, school supplies, toys, clothing, books, etc. to local charities at each board meeting and convention

We're especially proud of:
- The love, encouragement, fun, and friendships made while benefiting charitable organizations
- The generosity and dedication of our members to ESA and one another
- The contributions made by our state to St. Jude for cancer research
