Collegiate Conference at St. Jude/Memphis

All collegiate ESA members are invited to attend ESA's next collegiate conference to be held on the campus of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee November 4 and 5, 2011.

  • Registration fee $50, includes Saturday lunch & conference materials. The fee is due with your registration form anytime after August 1.
  • Start time: 4:30 pm Friday, November 4.
  • End Time: 3:30 pm Saturday, November 5.
  • Room rate: Approximately $130 per night, max four people per room to split this rate. You are NOT required to stay in any particular hotel but we have a block of rooms reserved at the Marriott at this discounted rate. The Marriott is very close to St. Jude.
